Arrived with a dead pixel. I messaged customer service 2nd of April 2024. Received reply saying they are looking into it. Apparently they are still looking into it. No reply 9 days later!
Super tv for my camper
Great TV. Perfect upgrade for an ageing TV in Motorhome.
Good quality picture. Easy to use. It benefits from plugging in a separate Speaker to enhance sound quality. As with all thin TV's speakers are very small and lack Bass.
Easy to pair with hotspot on my iPhone for Internet coverage to use SMART option.
I was very surprised it also has a FreeSat turner built in, so with a separate Dish I could receive all free to air Stations in Ireland as well as our local Saorview.
Lovely SMART TV 12v and 220. Perfect for camper. Great quality picture and sound is good. Highly recommended.
Very good TV very picture sounds good in my camper but there is no on screen TV guide no button for guide nothing in the instructions
